This corridor is one of the hottest submarkets and offers one of the most livable urban experiences in Boston with a plethora of parks, playgrounds and schools all within walking distance. Residents will be a short walk from numerous retail amenities (including Whole Foods next door) and public transportation (two T stops on the Green line within a 7-minute walk). Quickly becoming a live-work-play destination, Brighton is now home to numerous local restaurants and trendy lifestyle amenities. The Washington Square/Corey Hill neighborhood is one of the most affluent in Brighton, benefiting from its immediate proximately to Brookline and Boston’s popular Fenway neighborhood.
